Keeping Blogs Alive

I think you should keep doing blogs for next year because it gives kids a great opportunity to bring their grade up! I think you should make them count as a quiz grade so if a student fails a vocab quiz this would help it. I think the amount of time we have to do it is perfect because everyone has at least 10 minutes to spare every week to write a paragraph on a interesting a fun topic! I would recommend you doing more of the blog polls to allow students to pick a topic to write about because i enjoyed reading other students bucket lists!

Bucket List

There are several things I would like to do before I die:

1) go sky diving

2) play in a Superbowl

3) make a Superbowl commercial

4) drive a Lamborghini

5) go underwater in a submarine

6) become very rich

Bullying

1. Bullying can be stopped by teachers punishing students when they bully another student or by talking to the bully about stopping.
2. What teachers can do to stop bullying is look for who the bully is and talk to them or report them to someone else.
3. To stop bullying parents can make sure their child is not a physical person and take them to counseling if they have problems.
4. What students can do to stop bullying is report that student to the administration or talk to them bully and stop the bully from hurting other students.
5. I think more cyberbullying happens today in the world than bullying. These days everyone has a Facebook and when they post a picture people can comment mean comments on their picture and hurt that person.

What I will remember

Adults often forget their childhood and how much fun they had. They also regret not doing certain things in their childhood, but something I will always remember from my childhood is waking up early on christmas and waking everyone else up! It was so much fun getting excited to see what Santa brought me! I think the reason adults have forgotten about this is because they work hard everyday and have kids to take care of, so on weekends and breaks they want to relax and sleep in.

Teaching Class

If I could teach our class anything for 5-10 minutes I would teach everyone how to get very good at their multiplication. Since 5th I have always been the best person in my class with multiplication. I could teach the class some tricks about how to know the answer quickly while doing it in your head. Even though most people are good at it since we are in high school, there are some people who still need help with it and I would be able to teach them!

Grammer Concepts

The most problems that i have with grammar is not knowing when to use than or then. You are supposed to use then when you are talking about time, and use than when you are talking about a noun. Another problem i have is not knowing when to use I or me. I think it is hard to know when to use than or then because when you are writing you don’t take your time to read each sentence, so it becomes difficult. The last problem i have is with using commas. I never know when to use them and when I do, I use them incorrectly.

My Assistant

If I could have an assistant for a week I would pick Albert Einstein! I would pick him because he has made a huge impact on the world and I would like to see how he really was. During that week I would have him work on different experiments and work on things to make me rich. After I would ask him what things he had in mind that we could create together to make both of us wealthy!
